The location was good - near the train station you take to get to TeamLab Planets. It was a bit of a walk to the closest JR line, but definitely manageable, and we used that train station to catch the monorail to the airport. The weather was rainy when we were there - and once we figured out how to get to that train station via a separate elevator - and then walk indoors on the second level - it was much easier. The room was clean and functional. Definitely designed for a younger crowd, but we felt very comfortable there. My husband is tall (6'2") so the shower was a little small, but he managed. The room is tiny, but you can easily slide your luggage under the bed. We each had a carry on suitcase and a backpack and these all fit under the bed. There were easy plugs on either side of the bed. You have to climb into the bed from the bottom - you can't walk around the side. We were able to pick our room and went for the highest floor possible and did the sea side - which turned out to be the side the train was on, but it didn't run too late, so the train never bothered us while trying to sleep. There wasn't an actual breakfast, but they had little pastries available in the mornings, if you got there in time. There was luggage storage, which we used our last day in Tokyo. We borrowed a humidifier from the hotel front desk for the room, and this was really helpful. There was tea and coffee available in the lobby all the time. They had an art activity one night. They have a library of books in the lobby too.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The trendy comic-themed décor is high-quality, stylish, and immersive, making it more than just a place to stay—it’s a unique Tokyo experience. ✅ Unbeatable Location & Convenience • 30-second walk to the metro via a dedicated entrance. • 24-hour Family Mart with a dedicated entrance. • 20-minute direct train from Haneda (no transfers). • Quiet at night, yet close to upscale restaurants and multiple train stations. • Futuristic elevated walkways connect the area—walk above the streets! ✅ Stunning Harbor Views – A Rare Find in Tokyo We woke up to a breathtaking sunrise over the sea, with our daughter watching cruise ships depart—a totally unexpected bonus! ✅ Clean, Modern, and Well-Designed • Spacious shower & beds, never felt cramped. • Impeccably clean, simple yet trendy design. • All the essentials + great amenities. Extra Perks We Loved: Very friendly and attentive staff available 24/7, free toiletries, walking tour & guidebooks, breakfast, weekly game night for a fun Japanese touch For the price and experience, this hotel is an absolute steal. Book it—you won’t regret it! 🚀

Great location, quiet area and bay view, low rate but with clean facilities and enough amenities to get by during your stay, coffee/tea in the reception lobby 24-hours, convenient shop next to the hotel. Also, 3 train line options - Yurikamome (Takeshiba station is just in front), Yamanote and Daimon. The last 2 has fair bit of walk but there's a way without going down to street level. Just exit from 3F of hotel, walk to the building at your RHS and at the end, go down via escalator or elevator and you are next to Yamanote and Daimon's Hamamatsucho station. If you don't mind the 10 mins walk, Yamanote is the cheapest and you will reach your destination in less time.

Great location. Let than 10 min walk from Hamamatsucho station (JR line) and on the doorstep of the tram to Odaiba (Giant Gundam). Beautiful Garden park next door...small entry fee) and cheap eats in the hood n further down steet. If adventurous, walkable to Tokyo tower n another huge park/shrines etc. If limited time, this area hits a lot of boxes. Finally, awesome price for what you get..yes, free coffee machine all day...breakie mini pastries with a toaster. Indoor/outdoor hang out. Even miso soup packs at breakie too. They offer free walking tours at 10am Saturdays. Decor is unique n for anime lovers. Felt like a posh backpackers but not quite a Hilton

I loved that I could open the window, even if just a little and smell the wind from the sea.My room overlooked the bay,had a nice view of the driver less train Yurikamome line. The staff is kind, and super supportive.I also liked the little terrace where you could indulge or meet friends or make work phone calls. The rooms are little but you have everything.there is a Family Mart next to the entrance so even if you work till late you can still grab something and eat.It is also a few steps away from Yurikamome line, but also very close to JR Hamamatsucho.I think it is really cute and comfortable.I also appreciated it is very clean.
